Tilt in widow parts

The photo below shows a spring that came from one of our tilt in widows. Do you have this part in stock? The window will not stay in the open position, this appears to be the item causing the problem, or would it be one of the pivot locks? I have purchased parts from your company in the past.

Sure, that looks like the 15-086 coil spring housing, which is compatible with our Series 180 springs. It definitely looks like the spring is shot. You'll need the number on the old one to determine the best Series 180 option.

Thank you for your reply. Looking at the part and not able to see any visible part number or any identification. The measurements on the part are 1 3/4" tall, measured from the bottom to the nib and 1 1/8" wide.

In that case, can you tell me the weight of the sash? Can you also confirm how many springs are used on each side?
