Black plastic part that slides in window channel and pivots as it opens and closes.

This plastic slider is unfortunately not sold separately. If yours is broken you will likely need an all new operator.
We may be able to help, but I would require a clear photo of the complete operator mechanism. Please let me know if that's possible. Thank you!
