Tilt in window tension slides?

Question

I have a rental home. My windows are Traco brand and put in in 1998. I went to clean the windows and this window would not tilt in properly...looks like the spring (little slide latch) on top is broken on both sides..Can you help me identify the problem and recommend the proper part/parts to fix this problem????

Thank you for contacting us. Take a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Many Traco windows were known to use this hardware. However, we still recommend you comparing your measurements and dimensions to ours. Get back to us and let us know how you made out.
