Looking for "MDC 7" Tilt latch

Question

Hi, I'm looking for 4 tilt latches.
The channel says BSI on it and 298 or maybe 29B, but that's all I can see on the window.
The latch has a Texas state emblem with "MDC 7" inside the emblem.
The measurement are 3 1/16" long, 7/8 or maybe 15/16 wide, and the screw holes are 2" apart.
The are brown and plastic.
Do you have these or know where I could find them.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. This looks very similar to our 26-435. Look it over and let me know what you think. We only have it available in white, but it could be painted.
