Tilt latch

Question

I just recently bought a house and the windows are uniframe. The tilt latches are broke on a few of them which has resulted in the glass getting broken from them falling out of the frame. I'm having a hard time finding the proper replacement parts if someone could point me in the right direction  please ans thank you.

Thanks for your post! I've come across this tilt latch before. It is no longer available but we do have a solution that should work well for the window. It involves converting the sash to one that uses surface mounted latches.

The most commonly used latches are the 26-228 and 26-229, but there are an assortment of Surface Mounted Latches that will work in the same manner if these are not a fit for the top of the sash. The entire selection of latches can be viewed on the website.
