This is from a Marvin Integrity window--upper window. The "5" and "12" on the underside photo are just numbers that are impressed in the part, not measurements.
This part appears to be universal--can be used on either left or right side. I realize I may have to switch to a "sided" version. Several have broken and need to be replaced.
As you can see from the photo, the un-sprung length is 2.725", it is slightly less than .5" wide, and is also slightly less than .5" tall.
I'd appreciate your help in finding a close match.
