Tilt latch

Question

I removed to broken latch and slid in the replacement. Then the latch did not work. I took it off and it was fine, the sling was working great. I put it back in and it wouldn't budge. Is there something I am doing wrong?  Is the size of slightly. Not sure. Please help ?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't tell you if the size is off slightly. You'll have to compare it to the original to see if there are any major differences. Right now, the only guess I have is that it is simply not the right part.

If you could show us a clear photo of the new latch side by side with the old latch, we'd be happy to look into this further.
