Tilt latch

I am looking for a tilt latch for a Carefree vinyl window. I am attaching a few pictures. The latch is 2 5/8 in length by 11/16 width. Opening for the slide tab is 1 3/16 by 3/8. The latch itself that catches the window frame is 1/4 thick by 9/16 width. The top of the latch assembly sits about 1/32 higher than the window frame. Assembly has no mounting screws and appears to slide in. Hope between the additional info and the pictures this helps. Please advise if you can help.

Hello,
Take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244. The length and width match yours but note that the locking tooth does not have the same curve as your originals. Unforutnately, the curved version of these latches is no longer available. Ours may still work but it is possible that the tooth may rub on the balances since it does not have the curve to create additional clearance in the channel. Take a look and see what you think.

Hello again! I received the tilt latches today. After some careful measuring and a preliminary test fit it went right in and works perfectly. The curved catch does indeed fit around the balance but the angled catch on the new one is a bit shorter and doesn't stick out quite as far on the long side so it touched the balance but did not seem to interfere. Catch grabs the window frame and hold well. Thanks very much for the help. Bill
