Tilt latch

Question

I have windows made by acan windows in Newfoundland, they have gone out of business.  I need several replacement rh and oh tilt latches.  Looking at your inventory I see what looks like what I need bit I'm confused on the size.  If I measure the latch it seems to be 3 1/8" .  Can you advise if I'm measuring correctly and if you stock them ... thanks

I'm not sure what to recommend without more of a reference. Which of our products were you looking at? Can you give me the SWISCO part number? I also don't know if you're measuring correctly or not. Can you show me a picture of your existing tilt latch? If I see what you have, that might help us come up with something.
