Tilt latch ID

Question

Hello , We bought your 26-121 and 26-120 tilt Latches and ordered the wrong size ? Can we return these to you . They were not opened and we need 2 more. This is the one we need . when we measured it

Sure, you can return the 26-120 and 26-121 whenever you wish. See our return policy for more information. I'm afraid I didn't get your measurements for the old latch, however. Can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Would it also be possible to see a version that is undamaged?
