Hi. I bought tilt latch actuator item 26-234 in August 2018. The dimensions match mine, except that the "teeth" on the underside is not in the same direction.
The pictures above show my broken part (yellowish) and the tilt latch actuator (white) that I bought which isn't the right match. What is the right match?

Thanks for posting, Alice. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this latch. Honestly, you may be better off substituting it with a surface mount tilt latch. These are different than the others in that they just screw on. We have a video tutorial that shows how to do this. We find it to be an easier solution in these instances. Let us know what you think!
