Tilt latch for window

Need replacement for tilt latch for window the top of it is 11/16 of a inch and the inside is 9/16 of a inch and is 2 and 5/8 of a inch long and 7/16 of a inch deep

The style of finger pull is irrelevant; it is the dimensions that are more important. I can't make out the whole latch from your photo. Can you send us better photos of the entire latch along with the measurements?
