Tilt latch replacement

Thanks for the photos! We do not carry a replacement match for your existing tilt latches, unfortunately. However, we do have a replacement solution latch could work better, in the long run, for any future repairs. It would include converting the sash to one that uses surface mounted latches. 

Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to complete this repair. We suggest using the 26-228 and 26-229 or one of the other styles of screw-in surface mount latches.
