Tilt latch replacement

Question

Hello,

I have to replace an internal tilt latch, and simply cannot find a replacement (external or internal), that will work with my window.

My problem is the actual latch that clips into groove is at the very top of the latch, and there is only on groove in the frame that fits the latch at this spot. I have attached a photo of a working latch (inside window), so you can see location latch needs to be. I also sent a photo of broken latch.

Please let me know if you have anything that will work (internal or external).

I don't believe that any of our internal latches could replace this but take a look at the video below for replacing yours with a surface mounted tilt latch. Thank you!
