Home Owner from Lincoln Delaware
We have to replace a number of tilt latches and require two different styles. Pictued is one style we need pictue 2855shows latch top of latch. picture 28854 shows bottom of latch with a patent number and a N probably manufacturer code?
This latch was easily removed by using a flat blade screwdriver and gently slide the
latch towards the outside of the sash.

We are replacing all of the tilt latches in the home (recently purchased in as-is condition) it is a manufactured home that is being gutted the windows where replaced at one time and are in good condition except the tilting latches on most of the windows are broken or not working properly. Thanks Roger

Hi Roger, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches to see how they compare to your originals. Even though your originals are rounded off, we do not believe you will have any issue with this style as long as the dimensions match up. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
