Tilt latch and pivot shoe

See attached picture can you verify what I need to order to fix my window.
The clip that holds the slide is broken and I want to order more white locks shown in picture.

I would like to have you start with taking a look at our 15-195 t-lock balance shoe as well as both our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. See if your measurements are compatible to our parts. If they differ in any way, please let us know how.

Part received (26-243) longer than my original part. Other suggestions for a shorter latch? 2-1/2" length

Try taking a look at our 26-393B top tilt latches. They measure 2-3/8". I am afraid I do not have any latches with a 2-1/2" measurement.
