Tilt latches

Question

Hello, I need replacement tilt latches (I think that's what they're called) for my windows. They are about 3 inches long and a little over 1/2 inch wide. An original latch has Pat Pending 5,139,291 and .092 also 3R. A broken latch that was a replacement reads .092 and 7R. Thank you, Tom
