Tilt latches

A home owner from Florida says:

These are handed (R/L) and are about the same dimensions as your Corner-Latches-For-Tilt-Windows/26-261.

Note the offset of the attachment screw hole in the first photo.

Many thanks for your post. The manufacturer of these top tilt latches have discontinued them and offer no replacement. We suggest removing the old tilt latch, reinstalling the top side corner screw to keep the sash together and then installing the top mounted tilt latches, the 26-193 and 26-194, on top with a #6 pan head screw like 33-089. Just be very careful not to drill into the glass.
