My old 26-351 latches are stuck!

How do I replace these Tilt Latches on my Aluminum windows, and they are really stuck, so how do I unstick them.

The 26-351 is simply installed with screws. When you say its stuck, are you referring to the screws themselves? If so, use some WD-40 and let the oil soak in a few minutes before trying to unscrew them.
