Tilt latches assembly for pre 2015 doublepayne window American craftsman for bottom window section

The latches are two parts one slides into the other spring is missing, part latch end section broken off to secure window. Both piece are brittle and left and right assembly are needed for 5 windows and 4 screen assembly's . Thank in advance. The windows were pre 2015 era . I believe they could be 2000-2005 manufactured.
