Tilt latches for Townhomes

I work in maintenance for townhouses in the Hudson Valley and we have not been able to find these exact tilt latches anywhere. Do you carry them?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, I do believe we have the tilt window latches you are looking for. Start with taking a look over the dimensions from our 26-243 and 26-244, they are a left and right. Carefully review and compare them to confirm that these are the replacements you'll need.
If they are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written out. Unfortunately, it is a bit difficult to read them from the photos of the measuring tape.
