Tilt latches or keys?

I am looking for some these parts in both Right and Left side. Brand name on window label was Thermal1. Also was wondering if the balancers you offer would work for these windows? Windows are aluminum frame with triple glazed glass.

Thanks, those look perfect. As for the balancers, I ordered some (3 sizes) hopefully the right ones. If not, I will send pic.
