Tilt latching mechinism is broken

This looks like a surface lever used by an internal tilt latch. To determine if a replacement exists, you need to remove the surface lever and compare the size of the prongs on its underside with our selection here. If none match, you may need to consider converting to surface-mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. The video below shows how.
