Tilt lock
Thanks for reaching out to us! The pivot shoe you have here looks similar to either our 15-178 or our 15-188 Pivot Lock Shoes. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions. The 15-178 is just slight larger than the 15-188.
Body is 3.5" long, 11/16 wide, 5/16 high and latch extends 3/8 out from body.
We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing tilt latches but there is a chance we may be able to supply you with a suitable replacement alternative. To confirm, I'll just need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from hole center to hole center.

Thanks for confirming this information. I've had a chance to look through our inventory of tilt latches and I'm afraid none of them would work as a suitable replacement for your existing latches.
Given the width of the space you are working with our 26-193 and 26-194 Rollyson Tilt Latches seem to be the best possible fit but you would likely need to drill new holes to install them.
Unfortunately, none of the latches we carry share the same offset that your latches have.
