Hi. I need to replace this broken tilt lock the right side

That is certainly one broken tilt latch! Look over our 26-176 and 26-177 first. Let me know if the dimensions differ from what you have. If not, happy repairing :)

the length of my piece is 3 & 5/16th inches

That's pretty close to 3-3/8". Does the hole spacing of 2-7/16" match?
