Tilt mechanism for bottom window pane

Hi,

Unfortunately there are no markings on the windows or on these tilt mechanism parts. The latch point on the tilt mechanisms hav worn down on many of these in our house and the slide tilt/close covers are brittle and breaking. This hardware looks to be contractor grade and the house was built in 1996.

There is a little spring that goes between the two large pieces and I have found equivalent size springs locally, so that is not an issue.

For the two larger pieces I have been trying to make them by cutting them out on nylon sheet stock with some success.

Please let me know if you recognize the hardware and if any replacement parts are available. I have 31 windows with this hardware, using 2 tilt latches per window.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the internal tilt latch shown in your photos. Our best replacement option would be to see if you'd be able to use any of our surface-mounted replacements here by following the video below. Take a look and see what you think.
