Tilt out catches

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, for the latch, sash lock, and window keeper?
Regarding the tilt latch, we'd also like you to write out the backset, which is measured from the center of the front installation hole to the front edge of the latch.
Emily is out of the office today, but I'm happy to help. We offer the 90-180 sash lock with the same 2-1/4" hole spacing. Unfortunately, we do not carry a compatible face-mounted keeper like yours with 3/4" hole spacing.
As for the tilt latches, the 26-344 and 26-337 are similar, but the backsets differ from yours. I'd suggest double-checking your measurements compared to the images below to determine if one of these latch pairs could work for your repair.
