Tilt out latch

The tab is broken off the end of the sliding portion of the latch.  Cannot find any markings on the window in terms of the model number or OEM.  The window was installed new in about 2004 & 2005 Get a house built in San Antonio, Texas.  It is aluminum frame double hung window with thermal pains.
