Take a look at our 26-316 Pivot Bar to start. This certainly looks similar to yours, but go over all the dimensions listed and let me know if they differ in any way.

A quick learner from Wisconsin says:
Mine is very similar but slightly longer.
Full length is 2 and 9/16
13/16 between holes

As long as at the distance between at least one of those mounting holes and the tip that fits into the pivot shoe matches your old pivot bar, then this should work for you; you really only need one mounting hole to be used for a pivot bar to work. The overall length doesn't particularly latter either. Let me know if you have any other questions.
