This looks like a T-Lock Shoe. Confirm that your old shoe is 1-1/4" wide. If so, this is either the 15-195 or 15-195B. The only difference between these two shoes is that the 15-195 has a metal cam with a wall in the back (so you can't see through it), whereas the 15-195B has an open cam with no wall in the back (so, yes, you can see through it). You'll need to find an undamaged version of your shoe with the metal cam still intact to confirm which is the right choice for you.
