Tilt pin for wood tilt window sash (house built 1996)

I think part 20-016 will work. Just want to verify. Also does this come with the screw? Thanks!

I do agree that the 20-016 pin is similar. It does not come with a screw, unfortunately. I recommend taking your old one in to a local hardware store to have them match up the appropriate size.
