hi -- this looks to be a tilt dash for an aluminum double hung window. Seems to measure 2-3/8 center to center but maybe it's really 2-5/16.

Hello there. It's tough to tell with the tilt latch so damaged, but start by looking at the 26-188 or 26-178 Neutral Handed latches. These both have a center-to-center hole spacing of 2-5/16". Review all the dimensions listed and see if one of these best match your old tilt latches.
