Thanks for reaching out to us. The tilt latch resembles the 26-439 with 2-7/16" installation hole center spacing. Review the rest of the specifications and see if they match what you need.

We can't get a good look at the balance from these photos, however. Can you show us the extended spiral tip? What's the diameter of the outer tube?
