Tilt sash holder & shoe

Question

I need help identifying this tilt latch. They are simply falling apart :/
I also need to replace the pivot shoes. I measure them 1.25" wide & 3/8" thick. The pivot circle is tan
The windows are estimated 10 years old and we're in the house when we bought it?.. I don't know the brand of window.

Hello there!

For the tilt latch, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? We carry many tilt latches and that will help narrow down some options.

We don't carry this exact pivot shoe but take a look at our 15-045, 15-134 and 15-212. Look over the dimensions for each and compare them to yours to see if any match what you need.
