Tilt sash parts

Need to replace the window lock mechanism, the slider mechanism to release the sash to allow tilting, and the springs.

Hi there!

We'd be happy to help but we'll need more information before we get started. Regarding your sash lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center? 

It's tough to say what tilt latch you need while it's still installed. I'm reminded of something like our 26-334 but I'm not sure if that's what you have. Remove your hardware from the window and compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches what you need.

As for the spiral balance and pivot shoe, can you remove them from the window and show us? We'll need to know the pivot shoe's thickness and width along with a picture of the entire spiral balance removed from the window, including the length and diameter of the tube that the spiral extends from. The video below will go over exactly what we'll need.
