Tilt sash pivot bar

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. I wonder if this is a broken piece off of a larger part, or if this could be all there is. Can you confirm? May we see the pivot shoe that this part interacts with? It would also help if we knew the make and model of the window. I can't promise we'll have something but we will try our best.
