Tilt sash window equalizer

Broken assembly, foot appears to be fine. Just want to make sure I get the correct replacement part. If they are sold in the Columbus, Ohio area I would like to know. Otherwise I?d like to order one.

Hello! I think you want to look at our S770-27 channel balance for a tilt window. Based on your photo you'll want to select spring strength option 27C.
