We recognize this pivot shoe. Unfortunately, is has been discontinued and no longer available. We have recommended to other customers with this part to use our 15-219 as a replacement. it is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick. Look over our measurements and recheck your measurements to see if they line up with ours.
