Tilt shoe balance shoes that hook to a pivot pin

I have Windows that were built in 1997.

According to your website they're called till channel balance shoes but the one that I have attaches to a spring as you can see the top piece that's metal that literally hooks into the spring so if you get this and then it hooks the bottom part hooks into the pivot pin.

Unfortunately, we do not carry this balance spring shoe, which is part of a jamb liner. You'll need to remove the jamb liner and take it with a sash to your nearest millwork. They should be able to set you up with a new setup. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
