Tilt vinyl single hung window

Question

I have a single hung vinyl wind that needs new latches and a new pivot shoe on left side. I need help identifying what parts I need please. I have attached some pictures. This window has the spiral balance.

For the pivot shoe, see the 15-178 or 15-188. The original shoe will need to be removed to measure accurately. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
