Need replacement part number from Swisco. 17D stamped on balance frame. Need part with metal tab and 1 1/4 bottom piece.

We should be able to help you with this balance, but since you use a hook at the top of the cord it might have to be a custom order. Before we get the ball rolling on that, can you show me a picture of the hole where the hook goes?
Can you also tell me how many of these you wanted to buy?
