No markings. Rod is 21 inches long. There is no metal channel. Window sash weighs 14 lbs

This old rod balance isn't made anymore, but you should be able to replace it with a Series 775 Channel Balance. If the rod is 21" long, then see our S775-21. A window sash that weighs 14 lbs should work with our 21B stamp option--measure the shoe size to confirm if you need a 1" or 1-1/4" replacement. Let me know if you have any other questions.
