Hello! Take a look at our S600-28 spiral balance with a red tip option for tilt windows. This looks like a red tip to me since orange is considered "red" in the trade. Either manufacturers used slightly different shades, or the colored tip wears over time. If you need a new pivot shoe, we'll need you to remove it from the window and tell us its thickness and width to narrow down your replacement options. |
