We have a customer who has a tilt window. The balance is broken and we are looking to replace it. We have looked in your online catalog and cannot find an end piece that looks like what we are looking for. The balance has "21 TG" stamped on it and is 22" long. Attached are some photos of the piece that is in the window that we are looking for as well as the balance.
