Tilt window balancer

Hi, I’m trying to replace Better Bilt window balancers, I’ve identified the 28" long and 3/8" thick, Series 900 red tip Spiral Tilt Window balancer as a possible replacement. Do these photo’s confirm this model?

Hello there. It's tough to tell from photos of measuring tape, but if the spiral balances are 28" long and the outer tube is 3/8" diameter, then you do need the S900-28. For the tension tool, see the 75-006. Let me know if you have questions.
