Tilt window balances

A handy person from Indiana says:

Looking for a replacement window channel balance and shoe. The casing of the upper pulley that connects to the spring broke. So is the metal part of the shoe.

I believe the balance might be our S770-28. Look over the specifications to see if you agree. The pivot shoe might be either our 15-178 or 15-188, but you'll need to compare the dimensions of your old shoe out of the window to confirm if either is what you need.
