Hi, the cord on the tilted window channel balance snapped. I attempted to find the cord to replace it, but was unable to find it in the web site. So my first question is, do you sell just the cord? if not, what do you recommend to fix this issue?
The channel balance details:
25 inches long, 9/16 wide on the side of the coil, 1/2 inch thick on the side.
markings printed: 25c B.S.I
windown sash is 16 lbs.

We'd be happy to help but the pulley cord is not able to be replaced since these balances are under a lot of tension. I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S770-25 (25C) channel balances to an intact version of your assembly. Keep in mind that the 25C strength option that matches your balance stamp is calibrated to support a sash between 17 to 22 lbs as indicated by the chart shown under the balance product description.
