Tilt window channel balance parts

Question

Hi I am looking for the channel balance replacement parts  for my double hung tilt windows. Based on your parts list, I believe the 770-26B could be the right parts for it. The sash weighs about 16.5lb. I have attached the pictures for your references.

Thanks for your post! It does appear the Series 770 Channel Balance is the correct replacement for your repairs. Be sure to confirm that the length of the channel is 26". The 26B stamp will support a sash weighing between 11 to 17lbs.

There are a few different replacement options for the pivot shoe. To determine its replacement match, you'll need to remove it and confirm the dimensions. I suggest starting with the 15-167 Pivot Lock Shoe. Another option is the 15-179.
