Tilt window channel balance replacement.

Question

Attached are pictures of the bottom of my #$ C B.S.I. OT window channel. PLease advise the proper channel for me to purchase to repair the up and down of the tilt in window.

Your shoe looks similar to our 15-167, which is often uses with our Series 770 channel balance. Carefully compare these parts to your own in order to confirm that they match.
