Tilt window channel replacements

Hello, Can you please take a look at this channel and tell me what I need from your store to replace them? I'm assuming I need new accessories and not just channels? Thanks very much and I hope you have a great day!

It is 31" long.

Hey Dan. We'll need just a little more information to properly identify this balance. Can you show me whatever hook, fitting, shoe or other attachment was at the bottom of the metal channel? Can you also show me how this balance attaches to the top of the window track? We'll do our best to fully identify this from there. Many thanks.

Thanks for the photo. This does help to narrow down the balance needed for your window, however, it does not provide the information needed to determine the hook that has to be installed to your balances.

With that said, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance to determine the correct attachment.

Are you able to provide a photo of an undamaged balance?
